Due to the nature of our handmade products and natural ingredients, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather-related events, natural disasters, postal service disruptions, or special events. Once your order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the courier service.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are unable to make changes once the order has shipped.
